Many congratulations to Nira having completed her 24 Hour SPINATHON Challenge
The challenge began at 9 am, through the day there was plenty of company as it was held in the Man/MF Global restaurant/bar. The early morning hours were long and lonely and every time Nira asked how far out of London she was, the reply was always ' Birmingham' . Sunrise gave fresh energy to heavy legs and ' Liverpool ' became the next focus
The last couple of hours were very moving as supporters arriving for work and passed through with encouragement and cash!!!
Total time was 24 Hours 35 Mins (Nira insisted of 24 hour actual cycle time) and some 230 miles were covered!!!!!!
